Appreciation for Nature and Environment

Assalamualaikum and hi everyone !!

For yesterday Usrah class, we have the last presentation about "why our Iman is always been tested"? Also, we have a new task to read and explain by answer the question about "Appreciation for Nature and Environment". So, here we go!

What is "nature"?

     "Nature" can refer to the phenomena of the physical world, and also to life in general. Within the various uses of the word today, "nature" often refers to geology and wildlife. Nature can refer to the general realm of living plants and animals, and in some cases to the processes associated with inanimate objects -the way that particular types if things exist and change of their own accord.

What is "environment"?

     

      "Environment" consists of air, water and land. It consists of everything we see around like trees, plants, flowers, animals and also people. It is combination of all living things and non-living things. Environment satisfies all our needs. It provides us with air that we breathe, water that we drink, food that we eat and clothes that cover our body.

5 ways to take care of the environment:-

1. Turn off the lights and the electronic devices that not using to save energy.
2. Replace plastic bags with reusable cloth or plastic bags.
3. Turn off the water tap while brushing our teeth.
4. Reuse paper like write both sides of the sheet to maximize its use.
5. Pickup litter every time we go to the beach or a mountain.

Why we as Muslim must protect the nature and environment?

• It is the responsibility of Muslims to care for the environment in a proactive manner.
• Muslims are encouraged to reflect on the relationship between living organism and their environment.
• To maintain the ecological balance created by Allah.
• Prophet Muhammad SAW encouraged the planting of trees and the cultivation of agriculture which are considered as good acts.
• To ensure that Allah's Bounties to continue.
• To build and maintain a healthy and clean environment which is devoid of any source of pollution and misuse.

It fascinating right when we see our nature and environment. It is very important to protect nature and look after our environment! We are linked closely with the environment. That's all from me. Till we meet-and-read again! <3
